The Wealth Command Centre ("the Tool") is provided by the International Academy of Wealth ("IAW") as a personal financial planning and education resource. It is designed to help members build clarity, confidence, and a structured plan toward financial independence.

The Tool is not a licensed financial product, investment advice service, or regulated financial planning service. It is an educational framework and personal planning system.

Nothing contained within the Wealth Command Centre constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice regulated under Australian law or the laws of any other jurisdiction.

All figures, projections, and calculations within the Tool are illustrative only and are based on assumptions you provide. Past performance of any asset class is not indicative of future results. You should always seek independent, licensed professional advice before making any financial decision.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the sole decision-maker and are fully responsible for all financial decisions you make.
• IAW, its coaches, educators, and affiliates bear no liability for any financial outcome resulting from your use of this Tool.
• The Tool is a map — you are the pilot. IAW provides the framework; you provide the execution.
• You will not rely on this Tool as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

All data you enter into the Wealth Command Centre is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. No data is transmitted to IAW servers, third parties, or any external service. Your financial information remains entirely on your device.

You are responsible for the security of your device and browser. IAW accepts no responsibility for data loss, unauthorised access, or corruption of locally stored data.

The Wealth Command Centre, including all frameworks, methodologies, content, and design, is the intellectual property of the International Academy of Wealth. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this Tool for your own financial planning purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of this Tool without prior written consent from IAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAW and its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Wealth Command Centre.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of this Tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

IAW reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Wealth Command Centre after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
